About This Lister
My boyfriend and I have been living in this space for three years. It is a quiet, small building with many families and elderly people.

Rental requirements
All utilities, wifi, and other fees will be included for a full month's rental. Security deposit equalling 1/2 of the total is required with the other 1/2 paid when I give you the keys.
No Pets. The apartment will be cleaned professionally prior to your stay.
