I'm looking for a roommate to take a room + home office in an AWESOME rent stabilized 2.5bed/1b. Ideal move-in is August 1, but flexible on dates!

About the place:

📍 Boerum Hill - 5 min walk to Atlantic Barclays, nearby Whole Foods, Target, etc. Costco is also one stop away.

🏡 $1700/month

🛏 Private Bedroom and Home Office with ACs. Bedroom comes with a closet. Home Office (photo with lamp and flowers) fits a desk and bed.

🚿 Shared bathroom (although I usually shower at the gym)

👕 No laundry (I use an affordable pick up and delivery service)

🙆🏻‍♂️ Shared with me - a super cool & nice guy. I'm usually out and about dancing, tumbling, running, at the gym, or feeding my insatiable appetite.
