Sunny corner apartment on the top floor of a prewar building, a two-minute walk from the beautiful little Brower Park. It's a surprisingly chill and quiet neighborhood, with easy parking.

The space has urban tree house vibes, with 6 windows and 30 plants, surrounded by trees and birds. It has hardwood floors, a full-size refrigerator, and a stove/oven.

It is divided into one kitchen/dining area/living room and one bedroom/office. The bathroom has a bathtub and a bidet. The apartment is furnished and clean.

It is close to the 2, 3, 4, and C trains, and is extremely walkable.

This is a cozy "junior" 1 bedroom/divided studio, and it's a 4th-floor walk-up, so it is not the most accessible living space. There is a window AC in the bedroom, and blinds, but it gets quite hot in the summer because of all the windows. It's an old building and has some quirks, but everything works!

The closet will be locked, but you will have access to the dresser and a rack to hang additional clothing. I can provide kitchen supplies and other items upon request.

Utilities (electric, gas, internet) are included in the rent. I will require a $600 security deposit. You will get it back when I get home and make sure nothing is ruined :)

I'm a 34-year-old cis woman (she/her). I've been renting this apartment for several years and I really love it. I'm leaving town to spend part of the summer with my family.

I'm looking for a subletter I trust and vibe with. I'm flexible about the details, but I need someone who is clean, won't have a lot of people over, and is willing to water my plants once a week throughout the summer.

The other tenants in the building are friendly, there's a nice community. I will be available all summer via text if you have questions or issues.
