I'm looking for someone to sublet my peaceful, light-filled 1 bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Garden from June through September. I'd prefer someone who can do the whole 4 months.

- Dishwasher as well as washer & dryer in unit, as well as super quite and energy efficient A/C units
- All utilities are included except for electricity.
- Electricity will be billed separately as it varies according to usage of above amenities.

- The apartment is part of a newly-built, modern and clean building with only seven other units.
- It has high ceilings, tall windows overlooking a tree-lined street - There is a cozy balcony and also a shared rooftop.
- You'll be a short walk away from Prospect Park and have quiet, respectful neighbors.
- The apartment also has a super comfortable, new Caspers mattress.

The 2-5 train is less than half a block away and the Q train is 3 blocks away. There are a variety of grocery stores, including 2 large ones within a block of the building. Lots of local cafes and good restaurants in the area and a really nice community feel in the neighborhood.

I'm looking for someone who is responsible, quiet, very clean and respectful of the place and who will enjoy the calmness and flexibility of this space as much as I do. It is ideal for a WFH professional as there is a perfect home office setup. I have a great relationship with my neighbors, we are all quiet individuals so I'd like someone who would continue that presence.

I'm a curator/ cultural producer who works from home and who enjoys the frequent walks at Prospect Park. I am going to be traveling/working from abroad for a couple of months which is why I'm subletting the place.
