Sunny and Pet Friendly One bedroom + office for sublet from June 01-July 15
We’re looking for someone sublet our lovely Harlem apartment for part of the summer and/or takeover the lease. Rent is 2700 per month, and will be prorated for July. The lease renews for one year on July 15th, at 2800 per month.
The main bedroom is large with great lighting. It comfortably fits a queen size bed, 2 dressers and a lounge chair with lots of extra space. The second bedroom is much smaller and better suited as an office(there isn’t a radiator in this room) but still has a closet and gets lots of light. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and small window.
The apartment includes dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer with additional laundry machines in basement. The building has an elevator and apartment is on the 3rd floor. Our building is charmingly old but well maintained. The building is incredibly dog friendly and directly across the street from St. Nicholas Park.
3 minute walk from the 125th A/C/B/D, 10 minute walk to 125th 1 stop. and a 10 minute walk to St. Nicholas Dog Park, 17 minutes to Red Rooster, Whole Foods, and Sephora
My wife and I are relocating to Baltimore for my dissertation research. We've lived in the apartment for about 2 years and would stay if we weren't moving.
