Enjoy time in Brooklyn this summer in a spacious, light-filled, balcony 1-bedroom in a brand new high-rise building in Clinton Hill.

I'm traveling and hoping to find someone wonderful to sublet my primary home to over my vacations. (Ideal dates are 6/28-7/07 or 8/22-9/03, and any weekend Fri-Monday).

The apartment is brand new, very clean, organized, and spacious, and has all of the amenities: Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, and AC in-unit, and a door man, elevator, rooftop, and gym in the building. The apartment is super quiet.

Fully furnished, open-floor layout for the kitchen and living room. New, mid-century style furniture and lots of green plants. I used to be an interior designer, so everything has it's place and is very organized!

The neighborhood has tons of trees and green space, is very walkable - close to Fort Greene park, Rhodora wine bar, Sailor, and tons of other amazing Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and Bed Stuy restaurants and bars. Family-friendly neighborhood.

Can host a maximum of 2 people. No pets. I am looking for someone clean and tidy who will treat my space with care. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited out of respect for our neighbors, thank you. Subletter will be asked to wash sheets/towels and clean prior to leaving.

I'm an Art Director in my 30's specializing in photoshoot campaigns for an apparel brand in Manhattan. I work from home on Monday's and Fridays (hence the WFH setup), and I love to have the balcony door open all day (when the temperature permits). I love to cook and make espresso, and also go out to eat in the neighborhood. Happy to provide recommendations!

I love to travel often and also sublet others' apartments, but this is the first time I am subletting. I absolutely love my building and the building staff.
