I work remotely and whenever I can, I’m off exploring. I'm looking for someone to sublet my cozy Astoria apartment during the periods I’m away and my dates are totally flexible. Ideally, you'd stay at least three weeks, but I’m flexible on timing and happy to offer discounts for longer stays.

The apartment is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath on a quiet residential street in Astoria—just a few minutes’ walk from all the restaurants, bakeries, and bars the neighborhood is known for. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay with easy access to Manhattan (15 minutes by train).

Rent: $900/week or $3,200/month — all utilities and Wi-Fi included.

The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. I also have an extra twin mattress available if needed. There’s a full kitchen with everything you need to cook at home—fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware. The living room has a Smart TV, and there's strong Wi-Fi throughout.

One of my favorite things about the apartment is the in-unit washer and dryer—makes life so much easier. :) There's also A/C and plenty of closet space.

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. No smoking, pets, or parties, please.

- 13 minutes from the R/M trains

- Surrounded by some of the best food spots in Astoria

- 15min train ride to Midtown Manhattan
