I am subletting my 1 bedroom apartment in Silverlake! It’s located in a small building with 8 units total. I am located on the second and top floor of the building and have an amazing view of Downtown LA. It is very spacious, has a ton of windows so amazing natural light and great sunsets to be seen from both the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walking distance from Sunset Blvd where all the shops and restaurants are. You can walk to every thing on Sunset and I regularly do! There is a liquor/convenience store and a Target just a quick 4 minute walk away. There is shared laundry that is just below my apartment down the stairs. Street parking is very easy and always plentiful.
