Subletting my room for July and August in a 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in East Harlem, $1000. On 116th st and 3rd ave

-Room available June 23rd--but you could move in any point after! Preference for people who plan on committing to staying the entirety of both July and August. The lease is up at the end of August--and you'd have the option to re-sign, if you'd like.
-The room is decently small, but sunny.
-I can leave my mattress/bedframe (for a full) and a (small) desk, if you need the furniture!
-Utilities are usually $50ish per person and wifi $22/month per person.
-Extremely close to the 6 train (like, 2-3 min walk) and not far from the 4 and 5 (10 minute walk), walkable to the 2 but not close (25 min walk)
-Recently renovated bathroom!

Accessibility info: The apartment is up 3 flights of (pretty irregular) stairs, and the building unfortunately has no elevator.

Comes with an AC! It's a noisy street, but the location is great. Two grocery stores less than a minute away. Lots of coffee shops in the area! 15ish minute walk from Central Park.

No washer/dryer in building, but laundromat is very close! No dishwasher either
