Large windows , hardwood floors, full kitchen with dishwasher and all you need for cooking. Corner unit one floor up stairs in a very clean and quiet building. Quarter laundry on first floor. Great projector with Apple TV and many options. Close to many parks and two blocks to the waterfront. Great bars, restaurants, grocery stores and subway all in walking distance. One floor walk up. 4 people max. No parties please, as this is a small quiet building. We keep the apartment clean and respect our neighbors. We do have a lot of plants and hope you love them as much as we do.
