-Unit is on the fourth floor, and there is an elevator in the building.
-There is a very comfortable Jensen-Lewis sleeper sofa bed.
The neighbors are quiet, and I ask that renters also be quiet (no loud music, workouts with jumping, etc.)
About the neighborhood
-Two blocks from the Borough Hall subway stop with trains that go up the east and west sides.
-Two blocks from the Brooklyn Heights promenade with gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline.
-Around the corner from grocery stores, shops, restaurants on Montague Street
-Also close to Dumbo, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill and lots of other amenities.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
-$1,050 for the week/$150 per night (minimum stay is ten nights)
-$160 cleaning fee
-$1,000 to reserve the apartment; $500 will be a security deposit, which you will get back after I get the keys and inspect.
-The rest of the fee will be due a week before occupancy.
-Sublessor's agreement; proof of income
