Home has a laid back vibe, indoor/outdoor living, bright + breezy. Ideal location, Venice Adjacent close to coffee shops, Rose Ave shops, Abbott Kinney, and tons of great restaurants. The beach is a bike ride away, straight shot down Rose Avenue to the water.

We entertain often and have created a warm, creative, and relaxing space with fast WiFi, cable, ample parking, everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach--- surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs , umbrella, bikes and Yeti cooler.

We spend a lot of time entertaining friends and extended family —large backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining, BBQ, 2 chaise chairs, large dining table, hammock, chaise , day beds and fire pit.

Bonus space: My studio is located in the garage, with a large 8ft table, daybed , can be used as a separate workspace, or quiet cozy hangout.. lots of design books to read!

Internet, cable, wireless, ample parking and great yard with dining table and day bed out on the lanai. Guests have access to all the beach supplies you need: beach chairs, surfboards, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler.
