This sunny apartment is located in an elegant building off of Strivers Row in historic Harlem. There is a stylish Italian restaurant downstairs. The block is tree lined and hosts traditional brownstones. There is a beautiful green park two blocks away. There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joes within walking distance, as well as an H&M, Marshalls and Sephora. The apartment itself is a three bedroom, but one or two of the rooms will be used as storage, and off limits. There is a bunkbed in one of the rooms and it is possible that this rental could be for a family with children. There is a beautiful walnut table that seats up to six, a long velvet couch, and two dressers which can be emptied for your usage. A closet will be available as well. The decor is bohemian and boasts genuine antiques. There are lots of plants (which you would have to water, unless you prefer them taken out). There is a separate kitchen and large bathroom with soaking tub. The bedroom is cozy, with a full sized bed and a dresser. There is free Wifi. There is an option to perhaps stay an extra week or two, which would be at a prorated rate. Laundromat is one block away. Drop off service available. Several fine dining establishments within a couple block radius.
