This sunny apartment is located in an elegant building off of Strivers Row in historic Harlem. There is a stylish Italian restaurant downstairs. The block is tree lined and hosts traditional brownstones. There is a beautiful green park two blocks away. There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joes within walking distance, as well as an H&M, Marshalls and Sephora. The apartment itself is a three bedroom, but one of the rooms will be used as storage, and off limits. There is a bunkbed in one of the rooms and it is possible that this rental could be for a family with children. There is a beautiful walnut table that seats up to six, a long velvet couch, and two dressers which can be emptied for your usage. A closet will be available as well. The decor is bohemian and boasts genuine antiques. There are lots of plants (which you would have to water, unless you prefer them taken out). There is a separate kitchen, filled with anything you need to prepare food. There is a large bathroom with soaking tub. The bedroom is cozy, with a full sized bed, desk and a dresser. There is free Wifi. A laundromat is one block away. Drop off service is available. Several fine dining establishments are within a couple block radius. You are just 15-20 minutes away from the center of Manhattan, with all it has to offer. Plenty of coffee shops in the neighborhood, as well as green parks.
I am a single mom of three young children. I have a Masters in Psychology and am working on my non profit, Ezili Corporation. I also work part time as a wedding and event florist.
The renter must respect the furniture and decor, and everything should be in the same state as when rented out. There is a $100 deduction for feeding a shy well trained cat. The listing is for $900 per week, but days can be prorated at $129 per day.
