Huge room in PLG. Fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. Located on the first floor just a few steps up the lobby.

The room itself gets a lot of sun and is furnished with a beautiful art-deco style king bed and mid-century modern furniture with a splash of Latino colors and art, as well as some plants.

The apartment itself is a pre-war building with hard wood floors, high ceilings, and beautiful moldings. Common spaces include shared bathroom, huge living room with a breakfast nook, good sized kitchen that has a cutout into the living room, as well as a spacious foyer that's used as a meditation space.

Apartment has wifi, heat, A/C unit in the living room (I have a small unit in the room for sale as well), no laundry in the building unfortunately but many laundromats at half a blocks distance on the main avenue.

You would be sharing the space with a sweet 24 year old college student/musician who is clean, friendly, and very welcoming. Apartment culture is very friendly, zen and chill, we like to keep things clean, and a VERY important point is that the kitchen is a vegetarian kitchen only.

The neighborhood is amazing! Parkside Q train is 2 blocks away. Prospect park southeast entrance is also just 2 blocks away! Lot's of bars, groceries, gyms, and cafes around. Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanical Garden are very close by (just 1 stop on subway or 10 minute bus ride).

The apartment is 2 blocks from the Parkside avenue stop. It is on Clarkson avenue between Bedford and Flatbush.
