Work and love have taken me across the country and across the pond for the summer. Looking for some one who can love and live in my space with care and respect.

It's a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom that I use as a live+work space. The second bedroom (the bigger one) is currently set up as a painting and embroidery studio. When I have guest, I set up the deluxe headboard air mattress I have folded up in there. Feel free to use the room as either/both. Dishwasher, Air fryer, rice cooker and vitamix available for use as well.

Private balcony, in building laundry, shared pool, and the sublet comes with a parking space!!!!

Super chill neighbors, and while it's nice to keep it respectful on weeknights, I encourage you to take my sound system for a spin! If you know how to DJ (I encourage learning but if you do not have a basic knowledge already please stick to bluetooth or aux), feel free to mess around on the decks as well.

All my books, records and printed matter are available for careful and respectful browsing. I've got some great stuff in my library and would love for guests to soak some of it up. All I ask is for you to leave it as you found it, and treat it with care.
