We are an artist couple who have lived in Williamsburg since the 1980s. This is an owner-occupied building. We have a 22-year old in college who lives at home. We both have studios in the building. We work with non-toxic water-based paint. My wife and I are the contact people and will be showing the apartment ourselves. Apartment is currently occupied but can be viewed between 3-7 pm on weekdays and noon-5 pm on weekends.
