My place is a cozy spot on the outskirts of Oakland. It’s about 15mins away from San Francisco, 10mins from the local mall shops, Prescott Night Market, Junes Pizza, grocery stores and Pixar studios (if you’re interested in sightseeing). It’s a new build (2021). It's a 10min drive from West Oak BART station

I’m creative so I’m pretty particular about my space feeling like a personable home. It’s a modern style condo space with 2 levels; bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, while the kitchen and living room are downstairs. The second bedroom is converted to a home office but there’s decent room for an air mattress.

There’s a common area with turf in the backyard for grilling and for kids to play. There's a washer/dryer available on the premises.

The space is extremely well lit with west facing windows

No smoking or pets (I’m allergic to dogs and cats)
