I am a jewelry designer and my husband is an architect. We are owners of this lovely 3 family building in Bed Stuy, and are looking for tenants who will care well for the space and who will be respectful to their neighbors. We live nearby in Clinton Hill.

Rental requirements

We are looking for applicants with a credit score of around 700 or higher. Applicant(s) should make a combined income of 40x the rent. Please be prepared to provide proof of income (self-employment/freelancers welcome), recent bank statements, most recent tax return, and a photo ID. There is a $20 fee for a credit/background report (paid directly to the company doing the report). This is a non-smoking apartment. We accept local guarantors.

Requires a one-year lease, first month's rent plus a one month security deposit ($6,700 in total).
