5-10 minute walk to BQS or 2345 subway lines on either end of Washington Ave and B48 bus stop right in front of the building, making it easy to travel to other parts of Brooklyn or commute into Manhattan.

Looking for people that enjoy a clean, relaxing home and craving a little relief from the hustle of the city. We have a friendly dog living here already, so no additional pets, but being familiar with animals is necessary. We have people over occasionally, but don’t bring the party home.
