I am subletting my room in PLG for three weeks (May 12-June 1st). The room is in a 3-BR that will be shared with one other person. It is upstairs and has a private half-bathroom as well as access to the terrace. Downstairs is the spacious shared kitchen as well as a separate room that can be used as an office / living room.
The apartment is one block from Prospect Park, 5min from the Parkside Q stop, 7min from the B at Church Avenue. Whether you are visiting the city or need a space to start apartment hunting for the summer, this spot is quiet, sunny, and well connected (you are in Manhattan in less than 30min).
I am looking for someone who is respectful with the space and would enjoy spending time on the terrace and watering the plants regularly (feel free to have some of the veggies that might be ready to eat in the raised garden bed!)
Rent is $500/week or $1300 for the whole time.
