Hi everyone! - I'm looking for someone (or a couple!) to sublet my apartment while I'm away for a project. The apartment consists of one bedroom, one office, one bathroom, one living room, one kitchen, and one dining room in Morningside Heights, Manhattan. The entire apartment is completely furnished. It gets beautiful light and is a joy to hang out in.

- This is a *very large* apartment. Ample space to relax or get some work done. Lots of privacy if you and your partner need to work in different parts of the apartment. Also just a wonderful creative quiet space.

- The price is $3500 per month plus utilities and internet.

- Perfect apartment for creative types, grad students, or those who need to work from home.

- It's located on Claremont Ave between Tiemann & La Salle and it's just steps from the 125th street #1-train and Columbia University. The neighborhood is wonderful, and the natural light that the apartment gets is great.

- The neighborhood is also fun! Lots of bars and restaurants to visit and the beautiful Riverside Park is just steps away.

- The sublet would be for at least 3 months, and possibly 4 if you would like. A JULY 1st move in date would be perfect but a few days earlier or later is totally OK. (would consider a July 15th move in if absolutely necessary)
