One or two bedrooms available for sublease starting June 11 through October 31. Short- and long-term options available per the following:
- Guest bedroom available June 11 through end of October, exact end date TBC.
- Main bedroom available June 24 through mid July (start and end dates are somewhat flexible).
Apartment is a 3-bed/2-bath third floor walk-up in a 3-unit building. Our unit is the only unit on this floor.
Both bedrooms are south-facing, which means great sunlight, with big windows and balcony access. Rooms include heating, AC, storage space for clothes etc, a full desk, Casper queen-size mattress and bedframe, access to balcony. Rooms share one full bathroom. Apartment has hardwood floors and is fully furnished with fast Wi-Fi, good-sized common areas, lots of plants, and a lovely roommate, whose room/bathroom is on the opposite (north) side of the apartment.
Located near Humboldt - Withers St junction, 5 minutes walking from the Graham Av L Train station in Williamsburg/East Williamsburg. Very cool neighborhood area, walkable, lots of nice cafes (Variety, Land to Sea, Hungry Ghost...) and restaurants (Bonnie's, Beco, Lella Alimentari...) nearby. Our block is residential and quiet.
$2000/month per room (prorated per day, if more or less days), utilities included. Towels, sheets, and other essentials are available by request.
We are recent Columbia alums filmmakers/creatives from Texas and Spain. You will be sharing the space with our good friend and housemate. We are also close with our downstairs neighbors (Apartment 2), who you will hopefully get to meet during your stay. We all love our building and consider it home and hope you do too!

We have a standard sublease agreement that can be reviewed and customized as needed before signing.
Reset room (basic cleaning and wash linens) or alt option is pay for our cleaner and laundry service ($100 cleaning fee).
