We're subletting our beloved 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom brownstone apartment in the heart of Bed-Stuy, on a lovely and peaceful block right around the corner from Herbert Von King Park!

Our home is sunny, spacious, clean and comfy, with a fully stocked kitchen + fancy coffee setup (one of us is a former barista)! You'll also be steps from lovely restaurants and coffee shops on Tompkins Av, supermarkets and every other imaginable amenity. Our neighborhood is as walkable as it gets, and a joy to spend time in.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, plus a couch in the living room that folds out into a queen bed. Bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet with bidet, sink and all toiletries.

7-minute walk to the G train (Bedford-Nostrand stop, 10-15 minutes to Manhattan), or 15-minute walk to the A/C trains (Nostrand Av stop). B38 and B43 buses are fast, frequent, and right on our corner. Ample parking too.

Apartment is up 1 flight of stairs + stoop.
