The unit overlooks a quiet courtyard and has lots of sunlight, clothing, bathroom and kitchen storage. We have a dresser dividing the bedroom from the living/dining/kitchen area so spaces/activities feel distinct. The main area has a small couch, plenty of comfortable chairs, two ottomans, and a fold-away dining table. Its a great space for small dinner parties or co-working sessions. This unit also has ~14 ft ceilings, large southwest facing windows, and access to a private patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Caesarstone countertops and BOSCH stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, lightweight garbage disposal, microwave, gas stove/oven and refrigerator). The utility closet comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. There are two heating and AC Units in the apt... and a CO2 and smoke detector.

The bathroom has tile floors, hansgrohe fixtures, and ample storage. Just opposite the bathroom is a spacious wardrobe and dressing area.

The apartment is bug-free, smoke-free, peaceful and *super* tidy. I’m looking for someone kind, with proof of income, good credit, and solid referrals–who can bring a similar energy and lifestyle. There’s some flexibility to extend the start and end dates, so please specify what you’re looking for. The subtenant needs to sign a sublease with me *and* be approved by my leasing office.
