The kitchen is fully equipped with Caesarstone countertops and Bosch stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, lightweight garbage disposal, microwave, gas stove/oven and refrigerator). The utility closet comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. There are two heating and AC Units in the apt... and a CO2 and smoke detector.

The bathroom has tile floors, Hansgrohe fixtures, and ample storage. Just opposite the bathroom is a spacious wardrobe and dressing area.

The apartment is bug-free, smoke-free, peaceful and *super* tidy. I’m looking for someone kind, with proof of income, good credit, and solid referrals–who can bring a similar energy and lifestyle.
