Looking for someone or a couple to enjoy our beloved 2 bedroom Atwater home between June 10-Aug 31 (Dates flexible). Incredible walkable neighborhood and 5-10 minute drive to Silverlake, Los Feliz, Echo Park

Stand alone back house with backyard, balcony, BBQ, central A/C, washer/drier, and parking in extremely walkable neighborhood. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and our favorite Sunday farmers market in Atwater Village. Backyard is shared with our close friends who live in front house. We love our home and have lived here for over 8 years; we are a couple in our 30s who are a filmmaker and choreographer and will be working on the East Coast this summer.

We are a couple in our 30s, one of us is a dance professor and choreographer and the other is in film. We love watching TV on our huge couch and having friends over for BBQs in our backyard. We have been renters of this space for over 8 years and have a good relationship with our landlords. We are looking to sublet this summer to folks who will take good care of our space and enjoy all it has to offer!
