I've been a New Yorker for a decade and have spent the last three years in this apartment in the West Village. I love the charm of the apartment and neighborhood and the incredible access to restaurants, culture, and water just a short walk away. Of course, the rest of the city is easily accessible by nearby subway lines. I will be working outside the city and am looking for a responsible, quiet tenant or two while away.
