I am subletting my super central 1bdrm apt while I am away for the work.
It is located in downtown Manhattan, Chinatown, walking distance from all the hotspots like Nolita, Soho & Tribeca as well as LES. Very close to all major subway lines as well. It is a 5th floor walk up but definitely worth the hike, quiet and good light when you are up here ;-).
Seperate bedroom, living room, kitchen & bath.
