Newly remodeled kitchen with everything you need including microwave, new fridge, stove + dishwasher. Full newly remodeled bath with shower and tub. Laundry room with new washer + dryer.

It's a 2 bedroom house --I'm using the 2nd bedroom as an office but it has a bed and we can talk about turning it back into a second bedroom if that's what you need.

The neighborhood is peaceful and central to freeways, grocery shopping + restaurants. Close (but not too close) to the 5, 110, 10, 710 and 101, and there are lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc in Highland Park to go to.

Rent is $2950 incl. all utilities except electricity. Electricity is additional, depending on your AC use it's usually modest. Can be pro-rated for shorter stays. Smoking is okay outside, no cats or dogs (I'm allergic). Hoping you can do a bit of watering in the garden.
