I'm a Spanish artist based in Brooklyn since 2013. My artistic practice focuses on painting, working across a wide range of media and materials.
The studio is open to all kinds of artists who need a temporary space to develop specific projects while in New York.

Rental requirements
Advance Payment: The full rental amount for the reserved period must be paid in advance prior to the start of the rental term.
Security Deposit via Credit Card Hold: A $2,000 credit card pre-authorization hold is required as a security deposit. This amount is not charged but temporarily held on the tenant's credit card and will be automatically released after the rental period ends, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement
