PLEASE NOTE: PET CARE REQUIRED FOR THIS SUBLET
Hi there! I'm Leah, a 36 year event producer living in Brooklyn, New York! Will be traveling for work mid June - mid July and priority looking for someone interested that entire time. Monthly rent has been reduced to account for some light kitty care required.
I live on a quiet tree-lined street on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy in Brooklyn! Easy access to both the A/C trains and the G train and loads of bars and restaurants nearby.
My 1-bedroom, 2nd story walkup home is clean and comfortable and I hope you enjoy my decorating efforts since I moved in last year (comes with giant squishy couch, desk / workstation and spin bike). My only major note is that my landlord lives downstairs - she's lovely but I try to be cognizant of noise and would ask that quiet hours are kept at reasonable quiet hours times! Singles and couples welcome; not suitable for families or other pets.
Penny is the sweetest easiest cat in the world - we're talking converted multiple guests into cat people. She absolutely loves chillin and will hang with you as much as you let her. She snacks on dry food throughout the day so no need for daily feedings - just making sure the bowl is full. Can be left a few days on her own for weekend trips etc, just let me know in advance!
Howdy! I'm Leah (she / her), an event producer originally from Philly, living in NYC for nearly 15 years now. My work takes me traveling quite often! I've lived in this apartment for a little over a 2 years and am the sole tenant. I'll be showing the place myself for interested parties!
Current tenant
Rent: $1,800 + ~$100 utilities (internet & electricity)
Security Deposit: $300 (Refunded in full once keys are returned)

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE REACHING OUT: 1-2 tenant only. No pets. No smoking. No laundry on site. Thank you.
