Looking for someone respectful & clean to inhabit my lovely 1 bed in the UWS for the months of July and August (move-in July 1st, move out August 31st)

I spent a lot of time making this space beautiful and functional. It gets great natural light and is very quiet-- top floor (with elevator in the building) so no foot steps above you. Decent amount of closet space. Laundry in the basement. Amazing espresso/coffee machine via delonghi dinamica (I got the shelf lowered to fit this thing in my kitchen-- which is small but very functional, no dishwasher because nyc). You will have access to all of the personal and dear things I've picked out for the apartment like handmade bowls and cups, real shag wool rug, designer lamps, so I'm really looking for someone to treat this place like home and take care of it as if it were their own.

Utilities and internet are not included in the rent. Internet is $90 a month and electricity will depend on how much you use the air conditioning, but in the summer months my average was ~$130 a month.

Additional $200 cleaning fee upon move out (I will be paying the same for you upon move-in so everything is nice and clean)

Bonus points if you can keep my olive tree alive (it's a black olive tree so actually likes lots of water).

No pets unfortunately.

Located 93rd St & Riverside Drive. Very close to the 1,2,3-- whole foods and trader joe's in walking distance as well. Riverside park is at your doorstep-- doesn't get much better than this.
