Artist looking to sublet/share in a well maintained Tribeca studio building for July and August, possibly longer for the right situation. I will only need the space for occasional showings, otherwise the space will be private to you. The studio is approx. 140sq ft total. My supplies will take up a minimal portion of the floor, so I'd estimate 100-120 sq ft is yours to use. Only requirement is to be respectful of my stored belongings. Space is raw, great for painters or other mixed media art practices, could also be used for storage or deskspace. There is a slop sink inside the studio, work desk, mini fridge, wifi and 2 shared bathrooms on the floor. 24 hour access. $950/month (includes wifi & utilities).

Photos note: Table, bike, artwork and personal belongings will be cleared and/or put away.
