My roommate of 3 years moved for his new job, and I would love to remain here in what is a very reasonably priced and unique apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. The available bedroom is a 11 x 11 square, large enough for a queen sized bed and desk, as well as with a very large bedroom closet.

The apartment itself features 1.5 bathrooms, a private outdoor space / courtyard that is only accessible from the apartment and is perfect for parties, and a very large and comfortable living room / kitchen area with all-new appliances and ample cabinet space.

This apartment is perfect for entertaining, cooking, or enjoying a movie night, and it is ideally located with easy access to the second avenue F stop, the Delancey / Essex stop, and multiple bus lines.

The price for your share of the apartment would be $2,500 (half of the total), and the rent *has not been raised in the three years I have lived here.* There is no broker fee associated with the space.

I have a great relationship with the landlord and superintendent here, and I love living in such a comfortable and reasonable place in such a fabulous neighborhood.

We can speak together about re-decorating as well; I am not wed to anything!

About me: I work in fintech and attended UPenn, graduating three years ago. I am typically in the office 5 days per week and am usually out of the house. I tend to be quite clean in the common areas, and I also very much value being able to host / entertain at home. My lifestyle is mostly out of the house, plus wanting to use the space for hosting, cooking, and just relaxing. I love to read, cook, and enjoy the city.
