silver lake is a fun and walkable (for los angeles) neighborhood! biased opinion, the food and fun is better on this side of town (but we are not close to the beach).

cleaning fee of $220 that will go directly to cleaner (weekly can be arranged if you’d like to pay her directly)
no parties/events
no smoking (except for outside in pool area only, not on balconies please)
no strangers
no pets, would make our cats too anxious
we need cat-lovers willing to care for our 2 black and mischievous cats - daily automatic feeder that needs an occasional top-off, daily/every other day cleaning of litter boxes, treat/attention giving - discount for cat care reflected in price/month
we love our home and want it treated gently, some stuff in it may not be suitable for young children but we could discuss based on age?
references/reviews and a security deposit would be required
