Looking to rent our lovely 2Bed/1Bath tri-level home in Northern Michigan (minimum of two weeks). Fenced in yard, two living room areas, recently renovated, and charming as can be. Great for folks who can work from home, set up with 2 workstations. It is about 1400 sq. ft. Walk to grocery store. Steps from Elk Lake and 1 mile bike ride to Lake Michigan (3-4 mins by car). Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Close to downtown ER, several preserves, farms, and breweries/wineries. 22 mins from the TVC airport. Driveway can fit 2-3 cars. Portable A/C unit on the main floor, but doubtful that it would be needed.

House can comfortably sleep 4+ people. Primary bedroom is a Queen, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins + bunk. Prefer to not have more than 4 people during any one stay, I am willing to make an exception for families or grandparents with the occasional visitor.

Dogs allowed upon approval.
