Beautiful, private studio, light filled, airy, nestled right between the Venice Beach Boardwalk scene (Venice sign, Gjusta Grocer, Great White, skate park, surf spots, muscle beach) and hip Abbott Kinney Blvd. (shops, restaurants, bars galore). Both are a perfect 2 minute walk. Location between Pacific Ave. and Main Ave.
The apartment is spacious with lots of sunlight and views on 3 sides. Main bedroom window looks into a huge tree. The building has a great vibe, the neighbors are all super friendly, the whole place has a calm and fun spirit to it. I’m looking for someone who will appreciate this lovely place and treat it kindly while I'm away.

– the first photos show the nice light you get, the last few photos show the bed that's in there now but I didn't get that precious light I love, so I left both up
