Hi! We are headed on an extended trip out of the country and looking for someone quiet and respectful to rent out wonderful Venice house.

Min 2 weeks at 1500 a week.
Or 5200 a month. Includes pre and post cleaning.

1.5 bedroom/one bath house on a quiet street only a couple blocks from Abbot Kinney is great for a couple or a family with kids. The bathroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms so keep that in mind! There is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The jacuzzi fits 4 people comfortably. Ice plunge!
We have a diaper changing station, infant swing, and stroller available if needed. Otherwise it’ll be in storage.

This is our primary home most of the year so please be considerate of that. There will be some closet space and one dresser open for use. Large monitor perfect for remote work.

The backyard has veggies growing year round (mostly kale, chard, figs, onions and herbs right now). There is a propane fire pit and grill as well as ample furniture, soccer balls, horseshoes, and a hang board.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Surfboards are available for use (soft tops size 7’, 8’ and 9’). Around the block from gjusta and so many other amazing restaurants and cafes.

Absolutely no parties allowed. I know the yard is large and itching for backyard parties, but management won’t have it (and they also manage the buildings next door).
