$4500 includes: gas/heat, water, bike room. 1000 sq ft. (93 sq meters). Lots of closets / storage. We just re-did the kitchen and bathroom last year. New appliances (Bosch 800 dishwasher, Liebherr fridge, Samsung Flex Duo gas stove, venting hood, Toto bidet). Faces SW, so great light. 3 large closets next to entrance. Both bedrooms are large. The primary bedroom has 2 walk-in closets.

The balcony gets a good amount of sun and we have grown herbs, strawberries, and other plants. Enough room for an eating table and sofa or daybed.

The building has elevators, a big gated yard, bike room, front desk security and laundry. The gated yard is a lifesaver if you have kids. The large lawns are amazing for picnicking in the warmer months. Lots of families live in our coop. Also many restaurant and other LES & East Village business owners, artists, filmmakers, writers, lawyers, medical workers, teachers... there's a really wonderful community here.

The East River park is across the street. They are supposed to be done renovating it by next year but there are sections open already with tennis courts, soccer etc. Corlears Park and NYC ferry dock is also across the street. The M14A, M22, M21 all stop in front of the building. 10 mins walk to the F, J, M trains, Delancey-Essex stop.

Can be furnished or unfurnished. Furniture can include: kids bunk bed, dressers, shelves, desks, sofa, dining table + chairs.

No pets please. Our coop doesn't allow dogs.
