MY SERVICES:
1/1 Health Coaching: I offer 1/1 coaching for clients that want to start their journey but want to get started work right away. We will figure out the right plan and program for you.

3 or 6 Month Programs: I offer 3 and 6 month group coaching programs to help clients jump start your health journey.
With my 3 month program, we will dive into the building blocks of diet and movement and the basics of sleep.
My 6 month program allows us to go deeper into sleep and also the power of managing stress, getting into nature, and nurturing social connections.

Personalized Guides: I offer personalized takeaway guides that help clients navigate diet and nutrition, movement, and sleep on their own — for travel, special occasions, or just everyday!

About this Lister

When I was 20 years old, I was given a lifelong diagnosis and told I needed to be on medication for the rest of my life. While I respect Western medicine, quite frankly that seemed like complete bullsh*%. So I said f*#& that and was determined to find a better way.

I went to so many different doctors and specialists and had dozens of blood tests, stool tests, and diagnostics. The medicine didn’t make me feel better so I kept searching for answers.

Now 15+ years later of living with an autoimmune disease, I’ve learned through trial and error, multiple doctors, reading and self-learning, following research and constantly being curious.

Through eating whole foods, regular movement, good sleep, managing stress, and getting outdoors, I’m now the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been.

And listen, it may be a balance of medication with diet and lifestyle changes that help you. Don’t be discouraged, because both are extremely important.

I want to help you skip the years of frustration and guesswork that I went through, regain control of your health, and get back to living your best life!

Background and Expertise

My "credentials" for my coaching service have been learning everything the hard way and making myself take the next steps.

I’ve spent over 10 years in healthcare, both inside the system as a working professional and outside as a patient with a chronic condition. Early in my healthcare journey, I felt like my health had failed me, but after years in and out of doctor’s offices, I began to realize the system had failed me too. To put it bluntly, the system was not designed to treat chronic illness (or women in general) or help people improve their baseline health.

I used my engineering problem-solving mindset and asked a million questions to get to the WHY.

I was really sick. I was losing a lot of blood and losing a lot of weight too. I was given a diagnosis that I didn’t know what to do with. And then I was just left to sit on the doctor’s table, cold and trembling, with that news, over and over. A lifelong diagnosis of first Crohn’s Disease, and then Ulcerative Colitis, and I was told there was nothing I could to do but take medication…. it made me feel so lonely and helpless, like no one around me could relate.

After going to SO many doctors, I finally went to a doctor who suggested food as a way to feel better. I didn’t think twice about what I ate back then. Fast forward, and I’ve now looked at all elements of health, including food, sleep, movement, mind, social, and nature. I've learned it all the hard way.

Today, I am the healthiest version of myself, which allows me to live my fullest life. I have learned how to have my best health and how to leverage the healthcare system as needed too. These can live in harmony.

I don’t want to give you a quick fix, I want to walk the journey with you and ultimately give you the tools to save you time, money, and give you agency over your health with evidence-backed research and strategies.

Instead of giving you a fish, I want to teach you how to fish.

I’m passionate about helping people skip the steps and suffering that I went through so I’m now offering personalized coaching programs and plans where I will help you take back control of your own health.

After working with women who have successfully reduced their A1C and chronic bloating, I’m excited to bring my learnings to more people and give you agency over your health.
