Hello! I am subletting my one-bedroom apart in West Hollywood starting at the end of June through August with the possibility to extend further depending on my/your plans.
It is a small eight-unit building that is generally quiet. My apartment is on the ground floor, but there are three steps leading up to the door - so unfortunately the unit is not accessible to a wheelchair.
The apartment isn't huge, but it is a true one-bedroom with hardwood floors and lots of bright indirect light. The space will be more or less furnished as shown including a kitchen with the necessities and app-operated laundry in the building. I keep the place pretty clean and I would expect you to do the same. Ideal for a single person or couple who doesn't mind taking care of a few plants :)
I am located a block from the WeHo Whole Foods on Fairfax and Santa Monica, so grocery shopping is easy. There is also a Trader Joe's not too far away. There are lots of great restaurants nearby; Tacos tu Madre, Laurel Hardware, Ysabel, and more within a short walk, drive, or bus. Runyon Canyon is just up the hill, and Plumber Park is down the street. Generally, the neighborhood feels very walkable and friendly!
No parking is included and I am located on a permitted residential block. Wifi and utilities are usually around $100 but I haven't been using the A/C at all. Flexible dates!
I am an artist and designer currently pursuing my Master's of Architecture at UCLA. I am traveling for a few months before returning for my final year in the fall.
In-person or virtual tour/meet and greet. Variable deposit based on your length of stay and a simple sublet agreement.
