Hi! I’m the founder of a wellness wine company and a former creative director in the tech world. I’m heading out of town for the month of August and looking for someone responsible and respectful to enjoy my space while I’m away.
This is my full-time home, so it’s well cared for, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay—from a brand-new kitchen setup to cozy touches throughout. I’ll be moving all my personal items into a separate closet so the space feels clean and uncluttered for you.
I’ve sublet before (on both sides!) and really value clear communication, mutual respect, and good vibes. If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear more about what brings you to LA this summer.

Rental Term:
August 1–31, 2025 (can be flexible)
Rent & Deposit:
$4,700 total (rent + utilities) due in full before move-in
Application:
Short intro about yourself (who you are, why you're subletting, what you do)
Proof of income or ability to pay (pay stub, bank statement, or letter of employment/freelance contract)
Government-issued photo ID
House Rules:
No smoking (inside or on balcony)
No pets
No parties or events
Respect & Care:
This is my full-time home, so I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful.
