I will be participating in a farm program in Northern California for the summer and need to sublet my space. It is tidy, cozy, and quiet, and I hope you can enjoy calling it home for the summer.

I believe the space would be best for a single person and/or couple who are students, artists, professionals, or travelers that are looking to stay in the area for the summer.

It is a family neighborhood, parks and markets close by, Calabasas adjacent and close to Mulholland and Las Virgenes canyons.

My brother and co-owner, is a musician who lives in Topanga with his wife and son. There is the possibility of guests staying on my brother's side of the duplex which is a full functioning separate unit with separate entry. Both myself and my brother will be a point of contact during your stay.
