It's a 1-bed, railroad apartment in a quiet, tree-lined street in Williamsburg, near McCarren park (and the Saturday farmers market) and next to many Italian grocers and good restaurants. The apartment is 4 min away from the Lorimer/Metropolitan stop, and it's 10 minutes by train to Union square. The apartment is on a second floor (walk-up)

The apartment features a big room, west-facing (beautiful afternoon light!), with views to the street, it has a queen bed, ample closet space, and a spacious desk with a monitor you can use. There is also an A/C unit in the bedroom.

The living room is in the middle (but gets light from the kitchen) comes with two couches, a smart TV and wall-mounted bike storage (option to use my bike while I'm away). The kitchen comes fully equipped with more kitchen gadgets than anyone probably needs, and a big table. There's another A/C unit in the kitchen.

The bathroom has lots of built-in storage, it has a window and the shower has a detachable, high-pressure showerhead.

Utilities (including FiOS high-speed) are included in the rent.

A one-time $120 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of the stay.

Looking for someone who will commit to taking care of my plants (all very low-maintenance--they just need weekly watering!).

No pets allowed.

Option to extend the lease until mid-august as well.
