-Laundry in building to use with card. Elevator. quaint roof and gym.

-Chill neighbors/ sound proof windows/tons of light (only one apartment next to mine so full four windows in living room with blinds, light curtains and black out curtains for your comfort /noise cancelling windows.

-Deep soaking Bathtub/dishwasher/ Bosch appliances/nice size fridge

-Nutribullet, hot water boiler, toaster, juicer, french press, plenty of things to cook with.

-Full nice sized closet for your use/ king sized bed/fold out couch/black out shades/air filters/noise machines (extra zen).

-I will have all my stuff in the bedroom closet and have an extra storage so anything light that needs to be tucked away for your comfort can. You will have access to most of the front closet and full drawers in bedroom as well as kitchen, bathroom space and anything else we agree upon to make you comfortable.

- I am also adding a new desk and hanging a few more wall things like mirrors to complete apartment so apartment may shift some from photos- but only for the better.:)

-Plant care required once a week and once every two weeks. Simple, easy.
