It is located on South 4th st. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. A short walk to all the shops, bars, and restaurants in Williamsburg. It is two blocks from the Hewes Stop on the J,M,Z line and four blocks from the Lorimer stop on the L, G train.

Rental requirements
The rent is month to month starting on November 1st. It is a flat monthly rent of $2,000. The gas, electric, and internet bills are included in the rent. There is a security deposit of $400 to secure the apartment and to ensure that the apartment is in decent condition and the bed and couch are remaining once the subleter leaves.
