Hi, renting out. my smaller bedroom in my Williamsburg apartment. It"s a railroad apartment with 2 entrances, shared kitchen and bath. Apartment is in a pre-war building with 7 apartments and a pottery studio/ retail space on the first floor. It is a very quiet building with mostly professionals as occupants. Landlord is attentive with issues and building is well maintained and is a NO SMOKING building.
It is a commuters dream as it blocks from the JMZ L and G and only 1-2 stops to be in the city. There are 3 cities bike docks within a couple blocks. It is on the south side but only a 15 minute walk to Williamsburg proper.
2 doors down is a great laundromat and there coffee and cafe spots all around with a Walgreens and grocery store at also several blocks away.

The room itself is smaller but the perfect space for a New Yorker who works/travels a lot and doesn't bring many possessions. It will fit a double bed and small desk or other small furniture. The closet is part of original building and is shallow but I built in a unit for shoes clothes books etc. There is currently a larger day bed with 2 large storage drawers as well that can be left if wanted. As mentioned it is a railroad but there is a living space between the 2 bedrooms and not necessary to walk through.

I mainly work at night so am around during the day. Pretty mellow and just ask for mutual respect of space
