Subletting one room of my two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Williamsburg, BK.

-7 min walk to the L/G trains, 10 minute walk to the JMZ trains.

-Room is furnished with the necessities- full size bed, small desk and chair, small dresser. Room has a decent sized closet and four windows.

-Kitchen has a dishwasher.

-Disclaimers:

1. Apartment is a 5th floor walk up.

2. The in-unit washer/dryer does NOT work right now. (Sad, I know. I'm working on it.)

3. I have an 8-month-old puppy.

Lovely neighbors, lovely location- I've lived in this apartment going on 4 years.

About This Lister

I'm Kathryn- 33, work in education, queer, pretty laid back. I teach in person a few days a week, and tutor in person most afternoons and evenings. I'm originally from Chicago, and lived in northern California for 7 years after college. I go out occasionally but not a big partier. I love dogs, music, bad tv, and bouldering. I'm clean but not obsessively. I'm pretty chill about who I live with as long as you're reasonably clean, queer-friendly, okay with dogs, and aren't super into hard drugs.

The dog is Campbell- 8 months old, large breed mix, about 38 lbs right now and still growing. He's very friendly but still a puppy, so rambunctious at times, and may try to steal socks from dirty laundry, etc. He is crate trained and housebroken. I'm home a lot to wrangle him, and he goes to daycare when I'm gone for longer stretches during the day.
