The Cost:
$1400/mo + bills (around $75/mo). There will be a $1400 refundable deposit due alongside first months rent and a roommate agreement signed to ensure comfort and agreed terms between both parties.

The Time:
I would like to rent to someone that has intention of staying in the space long term. That being said, I understand life happens and it is a month to month lease.

The Room:
The space is a 13' x 11 ' (143 sqft) single bedroom with a moderate sized closet. The room is unfurnished. Images shown are of an old roommates setup.

About me:
I am a chill studious PhD Student who attends CCNY. Male- late 30’s. Very respectful- kind and good communicator. I generally keep to myself and rarely have people over. I try to cook a bit (weekly meal prep) and keep a pretty tidy place.

The Space:
You would have access to the shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, cookware and utensils for communal use. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet walk up building.

The Cats:
I adopted two male cats, Waffles and Corduroy, about 1.5 years ago. They are 2 yo and are very friendly, albeit a little timid around strangers. They have never scratched or bitten anyone over my time with them. They have unfortunately pawed my furniture a bit. They are two loving and friendly cats that bring a lot of joy to my life.
